Platform Terms of Use

Acceptance

Key Seekers Adventures is published by Dr. Brown Cares LLC and owned by The Convergence Quotient 45 (Convergence Q45), with content authored by Dr. Sherry-Ann Brown. By creating an account or using the platform, the account holder accepts these Terms of Use on behalf of the household, ministry, or organization using the platform.

The account holder must be an adult of legal age who can enter into a binding agreement.

Children and Adult Participation

Key Seekers Adventures is designed for children to use together with a parent, guardian, or other trusted adult. It is not designed for unsupervised use by a child.

A parent or guardian must set up access, remain reasonably available during use, and review anything a child records, draws, or chooses to share.

Nothing in this experience replaces the responsibility of parents, guardians, pastors, teachers, licensed clinicians, or other responsible adults.

• Adults retain responsibility for all health, safety, family, educational, financial, and legal decisions.
• Children are encouraged to bring every dream, image, impression, question, or concern to a trusted adult.
• The activities teach gentle, invitational language and never instruct a child to keep a spiritual experience secret from a parent or guardian.
• The activities never direct a child toward a private relationship with any adult outside the child's own trusted circle.
• Adults should discontinue use and seek appropriate pastoral, educational, or clinical support if a child becomes distressed.

Purpose of the Platform

The mission of Key Seekers Adventures is simple: Strengthen those who serve. Equip them where God has planted them. Send them renewed into the fields already entrusted to them.

The platform teaches children to notice carefully, interpret humbly, involve trusted adults, respond safely, strengthen people who serve, and follow the fruit of each small act of obedience.

Complimentary Access

Complimentary access to Key Seekers Adventures is a promotional benefit provided solely by Dr. Brown Cares LLC. It is offered at the discretion of Dr. Brown Cares LLC and is not purchased, earned, or guaranteed.

• Eligibility is determined solely by Dr. Brown Cares LLC.
• Access is personal to the account holder.
• Access is non-transferable.
• Access is non-exclusive.
• Access cannot be sold or assigned.
• Premium features remain excluded from complimentary access unless expressly included in writing.
• Dr. Brown Cares LLC may modify available features at any time.
• Dr. Brown Cares LLC may replace products.
• Dr. Brown Cares LLC may discontinue products.
• Complimentary access terminates automatically if the applicable collaboration ends.
• Complimentary access terminates upon account closure.
• Complimentary access terminates for violation of platform rules.
• Complimentary access creates no ownership interest.
• Complimentary access has no cash value.

Intellectual Property

Dr. Brown Cares LLC owns exclusively, or holds all necessary rights in, the following, on behalf of The Convergence Quotient 45 (Convergence Q45) and its author:

• software
• source code
• object code
• algorithms
• artificial intelligence systems
• prompts
• workflows
• templates
• databases
• taxonomies
• educational materials
• presentations
• demonstrations
• recordings
• reports
• graphics
• visualizations
• branding
• documentation
• APIs
• analytics
• improvements
• derivative works
• training materials
• methodologies
• trade secrets

No Transfer of Ownership

Nothing in these agreements transfers ownership of any intellectual property. Access is a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for its intended personal, family, ministry, or educational purpose.

Feedback

By submitting feedback, users grant Dr. Brown Cares LLC permission to:

• review feedback
• analyze feedback
• aggregate feedback
• improve products using feedback
• create derivative works from feedback
• incorporate suggestions into future products
• commercialize improvements derived from feedback

No Ownership or Royalty for Feedback

Users receive no ownership interest and no royalty in connection with feedback or with any product, feature, or improvement derived from feedback.

Community Participation

All participants agree to:

• respectful communication
• professional conduct
• compliance with applicable laws
• compliance with intellectual property rights
• prohibition against harassment
• prohibition against impersonation
• prohibition against unauthorized data scraping
• prohibition against reverse engineering

Artificial Intelligence

• AI outputs are informational.
• Users remain responsible for independent judgment.
• AI may generate inaccurate information.
• Outputs require professional review.
• AI continually evolves.
• AI is never a substitute for Scripture, prayer, pastoral wisdom, trusted-adult guidance, or professional care.
• Children should not interact with any AI feature except alongside a participating adult.

Security

Dr. Brown Cares LLC reserves the right to:

• suspend accounts
• investigate misuse
• terminate suspicious activity
• monitor security events
• require multifactor authentication
• modify security controls

Grants and Relationship of the Parties

Participation:

• creates no expectation of grant funding
• creates no employment
• creates no partnership
• creates no joint venture
• creates no ownership interest

Disclaimers

• Educational content is informational.
• Platform content does not establish physician-patient relationships.
• Platform content does not constitute legal advice.
• Platform content does not constitute accounting advice.
• Platform content does not constitute investment advice.
• Platform content does not constitute pastoral counseling, psychotherapy, or mental health treatment.
• Users remain responsible for independent decisions.

Warranties

Services are supplied on an "as available" and "as provided" basis to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. All other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dr. Brown Cares LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill. Total aggregate liability is limited to the greater of amounts actually paid to Dr. Brown Cares LLC for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred United States dollars.

Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dr. Brown Cares LLC, The Convergence Quotient 45 (Convergence Q45), and their officers, members, employees, contractors, and agents from claims arising from:

• use
• misuse
• unlawful conduct
• infringement
• violation of agreements
• misuse of data

Termination

Dr. Brown Cares LLC reserves the right to terminate, in whole or in part, with or without notice:

• accounts
• complimentary access
• event registrations
• working-group participation
• research participation

Effect of Termination

Termination ends:

• licenses
• complimentary access
• downloads not previously authorized
• future participation rights

Survival

Intellectual-property protections, confidentiality obligations, payment obligations, dispute-resolution provisions, and limitation-of-liability provisions survive termination.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes proceed through the following sequence:

• good faith negotiation
• confidential mediation
• confidential binding arbitration
• waiver of jury trial
• waiver of class actions to the extent permitted by law
• remote, virtual, and asynchronous proceedings where appropriate

Governing Law

These agreements are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of laws principles, because Dr. Brown Cares LLC is the contracting entity.

General Provisions

• Entire agreement.
• Amendment only in writing.
• Electronic signatures and electronic acceptance are valid and binding.
• Severability.
• No waiver.
• Assignment by the user requires written consent; assignment by Dr. Brown Cares LLC is permitted.
• Force majeure.
• Notices may be delivered electronically to the address on the account.
• Export-control compliance where applicable.
• Sanctions compliance where applicable.
• Survival.
• Headings are for convenience only.
• Interpretation is neutral and not against the drafter.
• Counterparts where signed agreements are used.
